Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH is seeking an on-site HR Coordinator to be the first point of contact for the HR team and manage HRIS data entry and administrative tasks.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the role supports Workday, ServiceNow and UltiPro, assists HRBPs with reporting, and handles general HR inquiries while aligning with Watts values of integrity and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into HRIS platforms (Workday, Service Now, UltiPro) including hires and terminations.
• Support payroll notifications and payroll inquiries; assist with monthly reporting.
• Coordinate voluntary exit interviews; assist with immigration support and terminations.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and managers; support Talent, Learning & Development and Recruitment projects.
• Handle other projects as assigned by HR Manager; uphold Watts values.
