Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking an HR Coordinator to join the Franklin, NH team. This on-site role acts as the first point of contact for HR, handles HRIS-related data entry in Workday, Service Now, and UltiPro, and supports payroll and benefits inquiries.

You will assist HR Business Partners with monthly reports, handle exit interviews, immigration support, and drafting termination actions, while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS systems and data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter new hires, terminations, and changes in HRIS (Workday/ServiceNow/UltiPro).
• Provide payroll and benefits information support.
• Assist HRBPs with monthly reporting and presentations.
