Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking an HR Generalist at our Franklin, NH site to partner with cross-functional teams and support recruitment, employee relations, compensation processes, benefits, training, and engagement initiatives.

You will work on onboarding, performance management, analytics, and HR projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources or related field is required.
• 3+ years of HR experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution center or similar environment.
• Professional HR certification is a strong plus.
• Ability to partner with all levels of the organization and drive communication and change management.
• Experience using HRIS data management and metrics to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Support staffing needs and coordinate with Talent Acquisition for recruitment.
• Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process.
• Assist onboarding and new hire tasks.
• Provide guidance on performance management and development opportunities.
• Generate HR reports and analytics such as headcount and performance metrics.
• Coach employees and managers on employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Partner with HR Director and legal for ethics-related issues.
