Job summary

Algas-SDI is seeking an HR Coordinator to support every stage of the employee lifecycle, from candidate outreach and interviews to onboarding and first-day setup. You will work closely with a seasoned HR team to ensure a smooth, engaging experience for new hires.

In this role you will coordinate recruiting activities, manage onboarding logistics, help run training programs and maintain confidential HR records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or recruiting coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn ADP and applicant tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities including posting jobs, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Manage onboarding logistics—from background checks to equipment and system access for new hires.
• Coordinate employee training sessions and assist with LMS administration.
• Maintain confidential HR records, prepare reports, and support HR projects with professionalism.
