Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, scheduling, and communications.
• Administer onboarding packets and ensure completion of required employment documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities including background screenings and onboarding requirements.
• Process and maintain I-9 and E-Verify documentation in compliance with federal requirements.
• Coordinate new hire orientation logistics and onboarding workflows.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hire onboarding questions and support.
• Maintain employee records and assist with HR compliance audits and reporting.
• Assist with HRIS data entry and supporting HR operational processes.
