Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR coordination or related experience.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Team-oriented with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to build confidence and strong relationships with team members and area leaders.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains confidentiality and discretion with sensitive HR data.
• Manage onboarding materials and keep personnel records up to date.
• Respond to HR inquiries in person and via email; handle verification requests.
• Escalate employee relations concerns with discretion.
• Assist orientation, HRIS navigation, and training coordination.
• Support workflow across Fulfillment Center and with HR Generalist.
