Qualifications

• Experience training peers or groups desirable.
• Experience facilitating training or presentations to groups of students (5+ people) desirable.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environment; Experience in fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct departmental on-the-floor training and cross-training for all hourly associates.
• Evaluate performance and make recommendations on performance according to training material.
• Act as a friendly point-of-contact to support any new hires.
