Misfits Market is hiring an HR Coordinator to serve as a frontline contact for new hires and team members. You will manage onboarding, confidential personnel records, and policy compliance, collaborating with the HR Generalist and fulfillment center leaders to support training and resolve workplace inquiries.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination or related roles.
• Bilingual is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR Generalist and fulfillment center leaders.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strict confidentiality and discretion with executive-level data.
• Onboards new hires and updates personnel records; responds to HR inquiries.
• Escalates employee relations concerns with discretion.
• Avoids oversharing and maintains need-to-know discretion at all times.
• Interfaces with new hires during orientation; on-site team contact.
• Knowledge of workplace laws including e-Verify and policy adherence.
• Familiarity with employee handbook and company policies; knows where to find policies.
• Leads Harassment Prevention Training during orientation.
• Assists team members navigating HRIS systems.
• May assist with small projects or components of larger tasks.
