Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking an HR Coordinator to support onboarding, maintain confidential personnel records, and ensure policy compliance onsite at the Fulfillment Center. This role partners with the HR Generalist and site leaders to meet team needs and resolve inquiries.

Requirements include 1–3 years of experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Google. The role demands discretion and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Ability to work as part of a team with a results-driven mindset.
• Build confidence and strong relationships with team members and area leaders.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains confidentiality and discretion on executive data.
• Access and update personnel records and onboarding information.
• Responds to HR inquiries in person and by email.
• Escalates employee relations concerns discreetly.
• Onboarding interface with new hires and on-site team members.
• Assist with small HRIS projects and policy knowledge.
