Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking an HR Coordinator to serve as frontline contact for new hires and team members. You will manage onboarding, maintain confidential personnel records, and ensure policy compliance in collaboration with the HR Generalist and fulfillment center leaders.

This role requires discretion, basic knowledge of workplace laws, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment on site. Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:30am–4:00pm with solid benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience
• Team-oriented and able to build relationships with team members and leaders
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google tools

Responsibilities

• Maintains confidentiality and discretion with executive-level data
• Update personnel records and onboarding information, respond to HR inquiries
• Escalate employee relations concerns appropriately
• Assist with onboarding orientation and on-site employee interactions
• Support HRIS navigation and small projects as needed
• Adhere to GDP and food safety rules daily
