Job summary

Dot Foods, Inc. is seeking an on-site HR administrator to support our distribution center workforce in the United States. You will record and manage HR data in UKG, screen candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, and assist with onboarding, benefits, leaves, events, and payroll processing.

You will also help maintain accurate headcount data, respond to employee questions, and handle minor IT issues at the DC to ensure smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Record, store and retrieve HR information using HR software and standard office equipment.
• Screen candidates and conduct behavioral interviews as part of hiring process.
• Onboard new employees and ensure paperwork (badges) are completed in UKG.
• Enroll employees in benefit plans and assist with issues or questions.
• Enter and process all types of leaves in UKG.
• Assist in planning and executing events for employees and potential candidates at the DC.
• Track HR information such as recruiting and headcount with accuracy.
• Assist with minor IT issues at the DC.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees.
• Assist with processing payroll.
