Job summary

Dot Foods, Inc. is seeking an HR Assistant to support daily HR operations at the distribution center. You will record and manage employee data, assist with onboarding and benefits, and help coordinate leaves and payroll processes.

Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented team players who can handle HR software like UKG and provide friendly service to employees and candidates. This role emphasizes accuracy and proactive support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR data handling or admin support preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Record, store and retrieve information using HR software and standard office equipment.
• Screen candidates and conduct behavioral interviews as part of the hiring process.
• Onboard new employees and ensure paperwork, badges are completed and processed in UKG.
• Enroll employees in benefit plans and assist with questions.
• Enter and process all types of leaves in UKG.
• Assist in event planning and coordination at the DC for employees and candidates.
• Accurately track HR information including recruiting and headcount.
• Assist with processing payroll.
