Dot Foods, Inc. in Williamsport, MD is seeking an HR Specialist to work closely with the Human Resources Manager and HR team on HR programs and processes, including personnel, safety, benefits, payroll, as well as general reception and office support.

You will participate in HR and charitable special projects, assist with recruiting, events, and meetings to promote Dot and attract talent, and apply lean thinking to streamline tasks while maintaining confidential records and professional

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to sit for long periods and perform keyboard tasks.
• Maintain confidential company records with discretion.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR programs in benefits, recruiting, payroll, workers’ comp, OSHA reporting, and unemployment.
• Gather information, maintain records, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Handle front desk coverage and conference room upkeep.
• Attend or support recruiting, charitable events, and meetings to promote Dot and recruit talent.
• Use Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Yodeck to disseminate information.
• Apply lean thinking to identify waste and improve processes.
