Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of payroll processes, policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong data entry, research and reporting abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key support partner across multiple HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, leave administration and employee engagement.
• Process payroll-related activities accurately and in accordance with policies.
• Track and maintain leave of absence records, reporting, and documentation.
• Generate and distribute HR reports to support business needs.
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding experiences.
• Plan and support associate engagement programs and events.
• Build relationships with employees at all levels and maintain confidentiality.
• Support recruiting initiatives through community outreach and job fairs.
• Communicate company programs and updates across locations.
• Maintain highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
