Job summary

Responsibilities include processing hires/terminations, maintaining HRIS data, coordinating relocations, and generating reports for management. The role requires meticulous record-keeping and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Knowledge of HRIS is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and maintain organization in a changing environment.
• Proficient with Windows-based MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Associates degree or equivalent 2+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Record employee information including personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, performance reviews, transfers, and termination details.
• Process new hires, terminations, changes, transfers, and maintain HRIS databases.
• Coordinate employee relocation and reference/background checks.
• Handle employment applications and candidate communications.
• Prepare offer letters and maintain confidential personnel files.
• Compile data from records and generate reports.
