Crossroads Hospice is seeking an HR Coordinator to support Dayton and Cincinnati locations. You will handle HR operations, benefits, payroll support, and employee relations to ensure compliant, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in HR
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated experience with HR metrics
• Data entry and HR data management proficiency
• Knowledge of HR databases
• Basic payroll processing knowledge
• Effective oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for Dayton and Cincinnati locations, supporting a combined workforce under 100.
• Travel between Dayton and Cincinnati as needed.
• Implement HR strategies and initiatives in collaboration with management.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances.
• Develop and maintain onboarding protocols and timelines for new hires.
• Support recruitment activities when needed and assist staffing.
• Maintain HR records, invoices, and files; ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee performance appraisal processes and manage pay plans and benefits.
• Monitor HR strategies and procedures across the organization.
