Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in HR, communications or related field preferred; 1-3 years of administrative experience required.
• One year of general office administrative experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• One year of experience with HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains confidential employee information.
• Provides administrative support to the Chief of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources.
• Assists with administrative duties related to benefits administration, employee relations and employee internal communication.
• Provides a warm welcome and excellent customer service to employees, volunteers, candidates and community members.
• Supports talent acquisition and onboarding processes, including new hire packets and onboarding meetings.
