Assist with the new employee hiring process by collecting all new hire paperwork and I-9 documentation. Inform applicants about position details, including working conditions, benefits, and duties. Assist with the hiring process for new employees. Respond to employment reference and verification inquiries. Coordinate hospital orientation. Perform clerical functions such as typing, mailing, maintaining personnel and departmental records, and managing inventory and supplies. Complete reports and audits as assigned.
