Accountabilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies aligned with local and international employment laws
  • Foster a positive employee experience through engagement initiatives and effective conflict resolution
  • Oversee performance management systems to support professional development
  • Coordinate training programs that align with business and employee growth goals
  • Ensure compliance across compensation, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Partner with Finance and Operations for seamless onboarding, background checks, and HR audits
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of HR experience, ideally in digital marketing, tech, or eCommerce sectors
  • Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and international employment regulations
  • Experience with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Experience in benefits, payroll, and compensation strategy is a strong advantage
