The Workforce Management Specialist monitors customer service queues daily to ensure key performance metrics are achieved. Responsibilities include managing scheduling procedures, analyzing real-time workload requirements, and call routing to meet service levels. The role involves creating, running, and distributing reports to leadership to support decision-making, and communicating with center managers about staffing limitations, expectations, and business needs.

Key duties include:

  • Managing scheduling software and agent schedules daily, providing updates when issues are identified.
  • Monitoring call volume and performance, reporting deviations.
  • Creating and distributing performance reports to leadership within deadlines.
  • Collaborating with operations leaders to plan staffing needs.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with applicable computer software systems.
  • Preferred 2+ years in call center operations and forecasting.
  • Proficiency with cloud-based tools like Calabrio, Finesse, and Ring Central.
  • Basic understanding of call center forecasting, scheduling, and staffing.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to identify data patterns and handle multiple projects quickly.
  • COVID-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Physical Requirements:

Standard office environment. More than 50% of the time: sit, stand, walk; repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements; communication via seeing, speaking, and hearing. Less than 50% of the time: stooping, kneeling, crawling, climbing, balancing, lifting 10-20 pounds.
