The Workforce Management Specialist monitors customer service queues daily to ensure key performance metrics are achieved. Responsibilities include managing scheduling procedures, analyzing real-time workload requirements, and call routing to meet service levels. The role involves creating, running, and distributing reports to leadership to support decision-making, and communicating with center managers about staffing limitations, expectations, and business needs.
