Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, business admin, or related field; 1+ year HR experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and labor relations
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication across diverse groups
• Strong time management in fast-paced environments
• Ability to maintain accurate HR records and process HR tasks

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries and guidance on policies
• Support new hire onboarding, requisitions, and HR reporting
• Assist with HR compliance across locations and policy administration
• Provide recruitment support and coordinate onboarding for new hires
• Maintain HR knowledge and complete required training
• Support employee relations and performance management processes
