TA Services in Indiana seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support onboarding, benefits, and HR processes, while coordinating orientations and team-building activities. You will collaborate with leadership on HR initiatives and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

You will be based at the Southern Indiana Logistics Center, handling HRIS tasks, benefits enrollment, and employee relations, with occasional event support and off-site activities.

Qualifications

• 2 years HR experience, preferably in warehousing.
• Experience using HRIS and HR software.
• Degree preferred but will accept experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new team members and coordinate benefits.
• Assist with HR processes, orientations, and team-building activities.
• Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and HR metrics.
