Job summary

TFI, a North American transportation and logistics leader, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Fargo, ND. This on-site role supports daily HR operations, onboarding, recruitment support and HR reporting while upholding company policies and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring an associate degree and 1+ year HR experience; strong communication, organization, and time-management skills; SHRM certification preferred. Salary is $19.22 to $24.03 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR or related field with at least 1 year of HR experience
• Understanding of federal and state employment laws and labor relations principles
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse audiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple HR processes and deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations: serve as initial contact for HR questions and resolve workplace issues
• HR Compliance: support implementation of HR best practices and legal compliance
• Policy Management: help employees understand and apply HR policies
• Recruitment Support: assist with position requisition and recruiting processes
• Employee Onboarding: coordinate new hire processing and policy review
• HR Reporting: complete employment verifications and HR reports
• Professional Development: maintain HR knowledge and training
