GardaWorld Security is seeking an HR Coordinator in Dallas to support daily HR operations, from records management to onboarding and training coordination. This role requires strong HR knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication to guide employees and applicants.

You will manage applicant workflows, assist with interviews, coordinate new-hire orientations, and ensure HR policies are followed across the organization. A valid US work authorization and 21+ age are required.

Qualificações

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company standards.
• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
• Tech-savvy with experience in proprietary and mass-market systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Manage employee records and assist with recruiting and onboarding.
• Coordinate training sessions and ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employees with HR questions and guidance.
• Administer screenings, background checks, and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain compliance and accurate data in HRIS/ATS and payroll systems.
• Support benefits communication, payroll readiness, and employment verifications.
