Position Title: HR Coordinator – Onboarding & Training

Position Summary:

The HR Coordinator supports administrative functions for onboarding payrolled contractors, weekly timekeeping, and ongoing consultant engagement. They initiate communication with payroll contractors, guide onboarding processes, and manage tasks such as contract execution, background checks, and drug tests. They also support training and development of Monument employees and assist in creating training curricula. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

Onboarding (75%)

  • Builds and maintains relationships with payrolled contractors
  • Networks within Insight Global back-office teams
  • Focuses on continuous improvement of service and delivery to end users
  • Ensures needs and performance requirements are met through consistent processes
  • Drives onboarding processes for contractors and ongoing engagement
  • Conducts quarterly quality check-ins with contractors and acts as primary point of contact
  • Maintains contractor onboarding documentation
  • Responds to and resolves user issues
  • Ensures compliance with client procurement policies
  • Performs and tracks worker audits
  • Supports and exceeds SLAs
  • Keeps client POC informed of onboarding status

Training (25%)

  • Assists with management of learning management system
  • Creates and reviews training materials
  • Schedules training sessions and ensures proper technology setup

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2+ years professional experience, recruiting experience preferred
  • 0-1 years MSP/VMS experience
  • 0-1 years related training or teaching experience
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with multitasking ability
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office

Pay Range

USD $22.12 - USD $24.04 /Hr.
