Job Summary

Under limited supervision, the Sr HR Coordinator provides administrative support for human resource staff and related operations. This individual communicates human resource services, initiatives, and programs to other department staff and employees as necessary. Additionally, the Coordinator ensures the organization's current HR requirements are met and the HR strategy is implemented effectively. The Sr HRC also coaches and supports other HR coordinators.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  2. Develop and maintain HR reports (headcount report, bonus tracking, performance evaluations).
  3. Assist in delivering various human resources programs and procedures for the company and employees.
  4. Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain employee records/database/tracking.
  5. Follow up on employee leaves of absence and worker’s compensation; secure return-to-work documentation.
  6. Maintain employee paperwork and personnel files on OnBase.
  7. Identify areas of opportunity in current processes and communicate to the HR team for review.
  8. Participate in key HR projects as requested.
  9. Support HR Coordinator role through daily oversight, escalated issue resolution, and mentoring.
  10. Guide HR coordinators on HR processes and policies.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma.
  • At least 2 years of previous Human Resources experience.
  • Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, managing priorities, and meeting critical deadlines.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., SUM function, borders, column width adjustment, charts, text wrap, sorting, headers/footers, print scaling).
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word (e.g., headers, page breaks, page numbers, tables, adjusting table columns).

The anticipated salary range:

$23.25 - $32.50 per hour

The actual salary varies based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more for employees working 30 or more hours weekly. For less than 30 hours, benefits include 401(k), Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups, and Employee Service Corp.
