Job Summary
Under limited supervision, the Sr HR Coordinator provides administrative support for human resource staff and related operations. This individual communicates human resource services, initiatives, and programs to other department staff and employees as necessary. Additionally, the Coordinator ensures the organization's HR requirements are met and the HR strategy is implemented effectively. The Sr HR Coordinator also coaches and supports other HR coordinators.

Salary range: $23.25 - $32.50 hourly, based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
