Job summary

The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Guest Services Specialist to be the friendly face of the mountain across in-person, phone, and digital channels. You will greet guests, process sales via RTP, resolve issues with Salesforce CRM, and help ensure every guest leaves feeling heard and eager to return.

Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, you will represent Boyne Resorts’ standards, collaborate with the Ticket Scanning team, and adapt to work across multiple base areas while maintaining

Qualifications

• Strong computer, keyboard, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service with a guest-first mindset.
• Effective conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet and orient guests across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Process sales and transactions using RTP POS system with accuracy.
• Resolve guest issues using Salesforce CRM and other tools.
• Provide information about tickets, base areas, and season passes; upsell where appropriate.
• Handle guest emails, live chats, and calls with timely, accurate responses.
• Collaborate with base-area teams and adapt to different locations as required.
