Job summary

Summit at Snoqualmie seeks an IT Technician to maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and support employees in-person at the Snoqualmie Pass location. You will resolve technical issues, install software, and ensure secure, reliable systems to keep our operations running smoothly.

As part of a collaborative team, you will handle help desk requests via multiple channels and participate in ongoing training. This is an in-person, non-remote role at Seattle's renowned mountain resort.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and cloud-based collaboration tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software across multiple OS (Windows/Mac/Linux).
• Willingness to learn, flexible hours, and strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and update software, OS, and device drivers.
• Provide in-person and remote end-user support via help desk or on-site.
• Educate users on data security best practices and IT resource usage.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain IT infrastructure.
