Kelly Services in Lima, OH is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support onboarding, employee records, and labor relations at the Lima Engine Plant. You will ensure compliance with CBAs, maintain accurate HR data, and help provide excellent service to hourly and salary staff.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments/projects and meet deadlines.
• Effective interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• HRIS experience.
• Understanding of human resource development, HR policies, and HR support functions.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Provide responsive customer service to both hourly and salary employees.
• Address employee, management, and union inquiries regarding labor questions and issues.
• Manage onboarding processes, including creating and maintaining personnel records.
• Ensure compliance with the National and Local Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) in areas such as job postings, promotions, and payroll.
• Maintain accurate, audit-compliant employee records.
• Enter and manage hourly personnel transactions promptly.
• Foster effective Union/Management relations.
• Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies affecting hourly personnel.
• Support manpower planning, including hiring, layoffs, and related HR processes.
• Respond to requests from legal and retirement divisions.
• Assist the HR Labor Relations team as needed.
