Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Total Rewards and HRIS Intern for Summer 2027. The role supports compensation, benefits, and HRIS projects, gaining hands-on experience with Workday, HR data analytics, and employee benefits while collaborating across departments.

This remote internship is anchored in Andover, MA, with potential on-site meetings as needed. You will assist with job profiles, compensation benchmarking, and reporting, and help improve HR processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently and on a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the company-wide job profile project, including job descriptions, benchmarking, and compensation band reviews.
• Support development of the revised compensation framework and related reporting.
• Assist in the execution of Workday system functionality and HR data analytics.
