The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for field-facing recruitment efforts across all sites within the organization. This role supports the career path team from pipeline building and sourcing to engaging with candidates and managing the candidate flow through to offer extension. Additionally, the coordinator will work closely with hiring managers to support their hiring efforts and focus on veteran, technical school, and community recruitment, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for field positions. Manage communication with candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct initial screenings of resumes and applicant qualifications. Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles for field positions. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on career websites, job boards, and social media platforms. Source potential candidates through various channels, including online databases, job fairs, and community events. Ensure all recruitment activities are documented and maintain accurate candidate records. Oversee recruitment efforts targeting veterans and new graduates. Build and maintain pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates. Specifically target recruitment efforts towards field-facing roles within the waste and recycling industry, ensuring candidates meet the physical and technical requirements of these positions. Provide support in other recruitment-related tasks and projects as needed.
Bilingual English/Spanish Required Minimum 1 years of experience in corporate talent acquisition/full-cycle recruitment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred Proficiency in ADP and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Skilled in sourcing through job boards and social media. Clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
