You will manage HR systems, assist with hiring, conduct new hire orientation, and maintain employee files while ensuring trainings and certifications stay current.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HR systems including Paycor and Advisor.
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Conduct new hire orientation and ensure onboarding tasks are completed.
• Maintain employee files and track certifications, trainings, and compliance deadlines.
• Complete background checks and onboarding paperwork.
• Support internal HR reporting and audits.
• Enter and track client outcome documentation.
• Provide administrative support to leadership and the HR department.
