Sequoia One is seeking an HR Coordinator to support our HR team in day-to-day tasks to ensure client needs are met. The role is based in Tempe, AZ, and involves assisting HR Business Partners with projects, compliance research, and policy development.

Responsibilities include handling verification requests, disability/unemployment forms, onboarding monitoring, I-9 status, and coordinating with vendors. Requires 2+ years HR experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners in all areas of HR account management, including doing HR projects such as compliance research, employee handbook creation and policy development.
• Respond to verification of employment requests, both verbal and written.
• Complete disability and unemployment claim forms.
• Monitor new hire onboarding and coordinate I-9 form status with clients.
• Coordinate poster distribution with labor law poster vendor.
• Prepare and route termination documents.
• Respond to unemployment and disability claims.
• Process incoming client admin forms and update Salesforce.
