Responsibilities

• Maintain HRIS and related system administration (Workday).
• Support recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Respond to internal HR inquiries and interpret policies/benefits.
• Assist employee engagement and communications for new hires and terminations.
• Coordinate HR projects and prepare data reports.
• Administer leave management including FMLA.
