Qualifications

• 7 years of Human Resources management experience.
• Knowledge of application of employment laws.
• Experience leading recruiting and staffing for professional and production roles.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration with concentration in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience facilitating investigations, grievances, arbitration, and collective bargaining agreement negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting and staffing plans to ensure improved selection, diversity, and retention outcomes.
• Facilitate and provide support for performance management and change management.
• Develop, recommend, and deploy Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Counsel and coach supervisors and managers regarding company policies, procedures, and employment law.
• Perform benefit administration and counseling.
• Administer salary and incentive plans.
• Build organization capability by providing training and support for employees and managers, including career and professional development.
• Develop and administer effective plans, which drive alignment with Our Bond, and target employee engagement, communication, and recognition.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
