Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HRIS administration, HR operations, or a related HR function.
• Strong working knowledge of employee benefits and HR systems.
• Advanced organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement and other plans.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and process onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports for HR, leadership, payroll, and finance.
