Job summary

Infobahn Softword Staffing seeks a Global Mobility Specialist to manage employee moves across domestic, cross-border, and inter-entity relocations. You will coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, and Immigration, maintaining accurate tracking and reporting on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities include vendor reviews, training recruiters on mobility tools, communicating with staff, auditing vendor files, and updating FAQs and the Global Mobility site to ensure high-quality service across HR processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience supporting corporate relocation including tactical administration of country moves.
• Experience as a case manager.
• Experience with MS Office Tools and HR systems and processes.

• Provide information and guidance to internal departments and external providers.
• Demonstrate operational excellence and day-to-day administrative execution.

Title: Global Mobility Specialist (CW)THE ROLEThe role holder is responsible for case management of all employee moves.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: **• Case management of employee moves which can be domestic, across country and Legal Entities. Track employee status for move in concert with key stakeholders such as Payroll, Benefits, Immigration and manage HR Transactions for moves.• Track all employee mobility in a centralized tracker and report out status weekly to Global Mobility Leader.
