• GED or High School Diploma required.
• 0–2+ years of HR or administrative experience.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Chomerics U.S. sites, including requisition intake, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and pre-employment onboarding activities.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to forecast staffing needs, deliver a high-quality candidate experience, maintain compliant hiring documentation, and ensure timely placement of qualified talent.
• Prepare onboarding materials and conduct orientation sessions for new hires
• Maintain and update employee files and databases
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding employee documentation
• Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries
• Assist in resolving employee issues and concerns in a timely manner
