Job summary

Parker Hannifin, via Parker Aerospace, seeks a Sr. HR Business Partner to blend hands-on HR execution with strategic business acumen. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of HR experience (employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, labor relations) and will collaborate with site leaders to advance people strategy and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM CP) or progress toward advanced HR credentials.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in labor relations in a unionized manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Strategic exposure in workforce planning or HR project work.
• Experience handling employee relations cases and basic employment law.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to assigned business leaders, translating priorities into people strategies and operational plans.
• Deliver day-to-day HR operations including employee relations case management, coaching managers, policy interpretation, and compliance.
• Support talent acquisition and onboarding efforts for your area; partner with recruiting to reduce time to fill for critical roles.
• Drive performance management processes—coach managers on goal setting, performance conversations, corrective action, and succession planning.
• Contribute to workforce planning and basic people analytics; prepare and present HR metrics to leadership to inform decision making.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive our culture across the location.
• Foster a winning culture by cultivating a positive work environment that embraces inclusion and strengthens engagement.
