Job summary

Bobit Business Media is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support full-cycle recruitment and employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced environment. You will handle candidate outreach, screening, onboarding, and ongoing HR administration to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Administrative Support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre- and post-hiring activities, including candidate outreach, career fair participation, phone screens, interview coordination, and onboarding processes
• Process background investigations, drug screenings, medical exams, and reference checks
• Administer employee referral program and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Track candidate progress in the ATS, disposition candidates, and issue follow-up communications
• Greet and assist candidates during the interview and application process
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of new hires and employee status changes into the Sage HR system
• Verify I-9 documentation, process E-Verify, and maintain up-to-date compliance records
• Maintain personnel files, including document imaging, retention, and audit readiness
• Oversee DOT compliance, record retention, and review processes
• Report new hires to applicable state agencies
• Provide employment verifications to third parties (written and verbal)
