Job summary

You will assist with new hire orientation, exit interviews, HR reporting, and partner with Operations to deliver workforce analytics while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR administration in a distribution, manufacturing, retail, or high-volume operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily review of HR systems data (Workday Time & Attendance), ensuring payroll, attendance, schedules, and data accuracy.
• Process unemployment claims and coordinate responses with Operations and Legal as needed.
• Co-facilitate New Hire Orientation and support onboarding initiatives.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to improve retention and engagement.
• Serve as an initial point of contact for HR inquiries and escalate teammate relations concerns.
• Prepare, audit, and analyze HR reports and metrics, ensuring data accuracy and identifying trends.
• Partner with Operations leaders to provide workforce analytics, ad hoc reporting, and data-driven recommendations.
• Respond to internal and external HR inquiries while handling confidential information.
• Maintain HR records in compliance with policies and laws.
• Partner with centralized recruiting to communicate staffing needs and support hiring.
• Serve as a resource to teammates and leaders regarding HR policies and teammate programs.
