DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking an HR Coordinator for the Smithton, PA Distribution Center to support the Senior Manager of HR with data accuracy, HR lifecycle activities, and administrative HR duties.

The role covers reporting, HR documents, audits, and ad hoc reporting to internal clients, with a 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM schedule Monday–Friday in a fast-paced distribution environment. Experience with Workday HCM is a plus and strong communication is essential.

Formación

• Associate's degree in HR or Business required; related experience may substitute.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR support and policy execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client consultation abilities.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Process- and procedure-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with Workday HCM is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review reports, ensuring data accuracy.
• Plan and execute employment record events in Workday (new hires, promotions, terminations).
• Prepare offer letters and employment documents.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for employee relations insights.
• Assist HRBP and Senior HR Manager with performance management matters.
• Perform QA audits to ensure SOP adherence in HR processes.
