HR Coordinator Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 4 days/week) A financial services firm in Boston is looking for a proactive, organized HR Coordinator to join their team.

This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day TA & HR operations, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, job board posting maintenance, offer letter creation, new hire onboarding, ATS updates, and the performance review process, as well as additional ad hoc projects.
