Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Boston, MA seeks an HR Director for a blended strategic and hands-on leadership role. A client in the education space in Boston, MA, is looking to hire an HR Director who can take on a blended strategic & hands‑on role leading the function and managing their HR team. They are seeking a candidate with well‑rounded experience in HR, including significant experience with HR policies & procedures, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, learning & development, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Review, create, and implement HR policies & procedures
• Oversee HR operations organization-wide and lead the development of new HR initiatives
