Kimley-Horn is seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to join our Dallas, TX office on our Firmwide HR team. The role focuses on federal, state, and local employment laws, EEO reporting, and policy implementation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

You will manage vendor relationships, audits, and reporting while maintaining the Employee Handbook and collaborating with HR Operations. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of HR compliance experience, a Bachelor's in HR or related field,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of HR compliance experience.
• Experience managing federal/state reporting requirements for federal contractors is a plus.
• Occasional travel required.

Responsabilités

• Research and monitor federal, state, and local laws related to employment and labor issues.
• Prepare and submit EEO, Veterans, and other regulatory reporting.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure HR disclosures are provided throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate with the HR Compliance Specialist and EEO Officer on reports and client requirements.
• Support immigration documentation by consulting with an external law firm.
• Manage vendor relationships for training, background checks, and compliance software.
• Publish updates to Employee Handbook and ensure policy compliance.
• Partner with HR Operations to ensure consistency across policies.
• Publish reports in UKG Pro for marketing and other teams.
