Job summary

Securitas USA in Dallas, TX is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to lead our employment-law compliance efforts across locations. You will partner with operations to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws, manage investigations, and oversee wage and hour, benefits and payroll processes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 3–5 years of HR compliance experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. SHRM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field; or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years HR experience with compliance and employee relations responsibilities.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (FLSA, EEO, ADA, FMLA, USERRA).
• Experience conducting employee relations investigations and handling sensitive workplace matters.
• Knowledge of wage and hour compliance and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance efforts across assigned locations; advise on employment law and policy implementation.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting recruiting, payroll, benefits, leave, and records.
• Oversee background checks, drug testing programs, and onboarding records.
• Conduct workplace investigations into complaints, policy violations, and harassment concerns.
• Advise management on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
