Responsibilities

• Oversee HR policies and compliance across the Area and liaise with Area VP and Branch leaders.
• Drive recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration for multiple branches.
• Handle investigations, disciplinary actions, and risk mitigation with Legal/HR leadership guidance.
• Manage data reporting and preparation for OFCCP Affimitive Action needs and audits.
• Provide coaching and training to managers; balance strategic priorities with daily HR support.
