Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Two or more years of HR leadership across multiple locations.
• Experience with unionized workforces and labor negotiations.
• Knowledge of state licensing requirements and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations across multiple offices within the assigned area.
• Partner with District Managers and Area VP to achieve workforce goals.
• Coach HR team members and foster high-performance culture.
• Oversee recruitment strategies to meet branch hiring demands.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues involving hourly employees.
• Support labor relations activities, including interpretation of union contracts.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and employment regulations.
• Assist with workforce planning, investigations, and policy implementation.
• Analyze workforce trends and advise operational leadership.
