Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Dallas, TX, seeks an HR Compliance Manager to lead compliance initiatives, investigations, wage-and-hour, and policy deployment across locations, with emphasis on Texas rules and employee relations.

You will partner with operations to drive workforce programs, maintain I-9 records, support audits, and manage documentation while upholding confidentiality and high professional standards in multi-site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR compliance and employee relations responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, EEO, ADA, FMLA, USERRA, and related regulations.
• Experience conducting employee relations investigations and managing sensitive workplace matters.
• Knowledge of wage and hour compliance, employee recordkeeping, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management activities.
• Knowledge of I-9 employment eligibility verification requirements and related compliance processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance initiatives and advise management on regulatory matters.
• Oversee employee investigations and maintain documentation.
• Ensure wage-and-hour compliance and benefit administration processes.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and performance management activities.
• Maintain I-9 records and ensure proper employment eligibility verification.
• Prepare reports and analyze workforce data to support regulatory compliance.
